Major accountabilities:
· Identify customer needs and challenges, implementing strategic, innovative solutions focused on critical points in the patient journey.
· Develop a comprehensive understanding of customer priorities by engaging stakeholders across healthcare ecosystems.
· Lead and execute customer- and patient-centric projects across the brand lifecycle, improving outcomes along the patient and prescriber journey.
· Identify business opportunities through in-depth understanding of products and key accounts to maximize Novartis access for the patient needs.
· Build and sustain strong relationships with diverse customer groups to reinforce Novartis' position as a top-tier healthcare partner.
· Monitor competitor activities and therapeutic trends, identifying marketplace opportunities to inform strategy.
· Apply Agile and Design Thinking methodologies to create innovative business solutions, supporting cross-functional teams in adopting new approaches.
· Contribute to Agile squad projects, operating dynamically within and beyond country boundaries.
· Represent the country in regional innovation forums, sharing best practices and integrating existing solutions.
· Provide insights to influence local product strategies by incorporating specific customer perspectives.
· Oversee timely project execution and manage initiative budgets effectively.
· Drive innovation processes and digital initiatives to create stakeholder value and accelerate business transformation.
· Collaborate cross-functionally within a high-performance team environment to achieve commercial acceleration.
· Uphold full compliance in all organizational interactions, maintaining regular engagement with compliance teams.
· Ensure prompt reporting of adverse events (AEs) and technical complaints for all Novartis products in alignment with compliance regulations.

Minimum Requirements:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in medicine, pharmacy, business management or related fields
- Master’s degree in business management (MBA or Executive MBA)
Experience:
- Demonstrated success in executing large-scale projects with measurable impact.
- In-depth understanding of the healthcare system, including its structure, stakeholders, and dynamics.
- Proven experience in competitive selling and/or key account management, driving business growth.
- Background or experience in medical or scientific roles is considered an advantage.
- Over 5 years of relevant experience working with high-performing marketing, medical, and market access teams within the healthcare or life sciences industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of introducing and driving innovation in the healthcare environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset paired with the ability to uphold the highest standards of integrity, ethics, moral conduct, and professionalism in representing the company.
